Paul offers over 40 years of progressive organizing, facilitating and consulting experience. He has 17 years of real estate experience helping residential buyers and sellers throughout Northeast Florida. In addition, Paul improves community quality of life through affordable housing rehabilitation, community organizing and youth mentoring.
BACKGROUND
Paul was born at West Point, New York and grew up an "Army brat". 27 years ago, he moved to Jacksonville and fell in love with Northeast Florida. For his first 25 years out of college, Paul worked in the corporate world doing finance, project management and consulting. 17 years ago, Paul earned his Florida Realtor license and went into real estate consulting. He has accumulated vast experience as a listing and buyer's agent. He is also an experienced real estate investor, property manager and home renovator.
COMMUNITY
Paul has been paying it forward in Jacksonville for the past 17 years as a community organizer, mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters, affordable housing advocate, Neighborhood Coordinator, Junior Achievement instructor, blood donor, wheel chair ramp builder and woman's cancer advocate.
