I am Missie Sarra LePrell, a Broker Associate at The Legends of Real Estate.

My success is due solely to my business philosophy which is simply summed up as “give the customer what they want” --and that is what I would like to do for You.  Buying and selling homes is a complicated process.  I recognize that people are not just Buying or Selling Houses---they are Buying & Selling Lifestyles. -- Thus, my customers are my number one priority and that is not just a statement it is a proven fact.  I go above and beyond so regularly it has become commonplace for the brokerage to receive glowing reviews on my service.  My Buyers & Sellers are loyal because I produce what I promise.  With Me you get the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth so expectations are always met or exceeded.

Known throughout the community as a waterfront and gated community specialist,  I have helped hundreds of families, heads of business and sports figures find just what they are looking for and then negotiate it to perfection.  I have extensive knowledge of Jacksonville and the surrounding areas, Schools, and & Social & cultural activities & thus I am able to place a Desire with a Location.

Licensed in 1973, I had been a consistent top producer at Coldwell Banker (1989-2004) where I received numerous awards for sales and service excellence including being ranked in the top 1%, nationally, of all Coldwell Banker agents.  When I moved to Vanguard Realty (2006-2009), I continued my meteoric success earning multiple Top Sales awards as well as the accolade of being the 2005 Top Producer in the entire company.  In 2010, I made the move to RE/MAX knowing the technology, brand awareness and support the company provided would help me to serve my customers even more expeditiously.  In 2012, I was the number one agent in the number one office in Northeast Florida!  Since then, I continue to dominate sales figures and garner “fan” mail from happy Buyers and Sellers. In December of 2021 I moved to The Legends of Real Estate to continue working with Buyers and Sellers in their quest to move on to Buy & Sell their special Homes and lifestyles.
