Nishi Brahmbhatt brings 16 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in clinical practice and academia. She holds a Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from Shenandoah University and is Certified as an Aging in Place Specialist and Dementia Practitioner. Nishi's expertise in addressing the needs of aging clients and those with special needs uniquely qualifies her to find homes that are both beautiful and functional.

Passionate about health and wellness, Nishi leverages her extensive background to identify properties that promote a healthy lifestyle and support overall well-being.

Jessica Adams has 22 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist in Jacksonville, Florida, specializing in Clinical Neuromuscular and Structural Bodywork, Medical Massage, and a Certified Myokinesthetic Practitioner. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with Honors from the University of North Florida, where she researched the effects of pain and stress on decision making and memory. With broad training in Stress Management and 13 years as a pre and post kidney transplant caregiver, Jessica understands how home environments impact health and well-being. This insight fuels her real estate career, where she helps clients to make informed decisions, prioritizing clear communication and meticulous attention to detail in every transaction. Passionate about health and wellness, Jessica draws on her broad background in holistic health to assist clients in identifying their specific needs, to always emphasize the importance of prevention.
