HISTORY:

As a native of Jacksonville, Dwana began her real estate career with Vestcor Properties in the capacity of a Property Manager & Bookkeeper, overseeing hundreds of single family rental properties until she left to begin a family. Dwana decided to continue her education and completed Paralegal studies at Jacksonville University. She reentered the real estate arena under the employ of a large Jacksonville based mortgage company in their Real Estate Owned Department as a Real Estate Sales Coordinator Supervisor and Property Manager. Later, she discovered her natural talent in the real estate development and construction industry, managing businesses of local general contractors and developers in management and sales of residential and commercial projects. A couple of her favorite developments being Osprey Village of Amelia Island and Oyster Bay Harbors. She found her home in real estate sales when she joined the team at The Legends of Real Estate in 2015, where she can apply both her paralegal training, and also interact with the public by assisting individuals and companies with their real estate needs, which she finds very fulfilling. In Dwana’s spare time, she enjoys showering her precious grandchildren with love and laughter, and keeping up with the constant growth of her native hometown Jacksonville and surrounding areas.
