Cody Monroe grew up in Denver, CO.  He went on to graduate from the U.S. Naval Academy in 2011 with degrees in Economics and Political Science.  Afterwards, he completed the Naval Aviation training pipeline and earned his “wings of gold” in January 2013.  He currently flies the MH-60R multi-mission helicopter out of Mayport, FL with the HSM-46 “Grandmasters”.

Cody has been active on the investment side of real estate for several years.  In June of 2013, he co-founded a company named “C&C Real Estate Investment Partners” with his best friend and business partner, Clint Ramsden.  Their company acts as a forum for military members to partner together and become owners of profitable rental real estate in Jacksonville, Florida.  Cody is looking forward to bringing his real estate knowledge to the table at The Legends of Real Estate!
