Born in Miami, Cheryl’s family relocated to Montgomery County, Maryland when she was starting middle school and she then resided there for 30+ years. Once a southern girl, always a southern girl, Cheryl returned to her sunshine state roots and has since resided in the Jacksonville area.

After completing her studies in Computer Science and Business Administration at the University of Maryland, Cheryl pursued a career in Project Management. Her knowledge of cutting edge technology and her excellent relationship building skills along with her experience negotiating technical contracts made her transition into real estate a perfect fit.

Buyers and Sellers have depended on Cheryl’s honesty, integrity, and out of the box problem solving skills to complete their real estate transactions.

Cheryl enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband (aka the football fanatic), the Jacksonville Symphony, a challenging chess opponent, and traveling. She has crossed the Bridge over the River Kwai, caught a marlin in Nags Head, and kissed the Blarney Stone.
